Been a Crazy Couple of Weeks...

...to say the least, with all the traveling and performing, and of course battling sharks in NYC. By now, I'm sure most of you are aware that I'll be appearing in the cinematic brilliance that is Sharknado 2. I spent two freezing cold weeks in the Big Apple in February filming my role of Martin, who is the lead character Fin's (Ian Ziering) brother in law. Met so many cool and talented people on the set like Vivaca As Fox, Kari Wuhrer, Dante Palminteri (Chazz's son, who plays my son!), Robert Klein, Richard Kind, Kurt Angle, Judah Friedlander (nicest guy ever), Biz Markie, Tara Reid, and so many ass-kicking, hard working crew members too numerous to mention.

I think the most surreal day was one of the first days shooting, when I found myself "acting" in a scene with Judd Hirsch who was driving a taxi! This is an oscar nominated acting legend, and there I am in a cab on Broadway in the middle of the city, trading lines with him.

He could not of been nicer, or more down to earth, and he had all of us laughing the entire time. Another memorable moment was getting to know Robert Klein on the set, and in a stroke of good luck, Ian and I had the pleasure of dining with him and his son Ally at the Knicks game. It's funny how these superstar talents, who have been working for years and command the most respect, are always the ones most down to earth. Both Judd and Robert were extremely friendly to everyone, going out of their way to remember everyone's names, cast and crew alike. Let's just say, lesson learned my friends. Sharknado 2 will premiere in July on SyFy channel.

Had a blast on the Kid Rock Chillin' The Most Cruise, all the fans onboard were so cool to our band, and we had 3 killer shows. We left Miami (a welcome relief after freezing my ass off in NYC!) and headed to Key West, and then to Parrot Bay in the Bahamas. So good to see Rock and his band again, and it's amazing to see what a superstar he has become. His fans are crazy and absolutely devoted to him, as his cruises sellout every year the day the tix are onsale. Many thanks to all onboard, we had an incredible time!

And speaking of rocking, we are days away from announcing this year's Under The Sun tour dates. Can't wait to rock this summer with our good friends Smash Mouth, Uncle Kracker and Blues Traveler. Any one of these bands could headline this tour, the only problem is who's going on first! Let me be the first to tell you the line up will rotate from city to city, so make sure you get there early!

Will there be a VIP package offered for this year's Under The Sun tour? If so, who all will be there to meet fans?
